Yoga Bowl is an independent referral service, not a yoga studio.
Collection notice
Australian Privacy Principle 5 in the Privacy Act 1988 asks us to tell you a few things when we collect personal information. Please read this before you send the form.
Who we are. Yoga Bowl, a service operated by Uplinkd Group Pty Ltd. Email hello@yogabowl.com.au. Our full details are in our privacy policy.
What we collect. What you type into the form: your name, phone and email, your suburb or town and state, the kind of class you want and anything you tell us about your experience and the times that suit you. We also record when you sent it, the page you sent it from, the city or region your suburb belongs to and that you agreed to it being passed on. All of it comes from you, through the form.
Why. To pass your request to a local yoga studio so it can contact you about its classes, and to follow the request up with you. We only send you tips emails if you tick that separate box, and you can unsubscribe whenever you like.
Is it required by law? No. No law requires you to give us this information.
If you leave details out. Without a way to contact you, your suburb and your state, we cannot pass the request on.
Who receives it. Normally one local yoga studio that teaches in your city or region, which may pay us for the referral. Our website host and email provider also handle it for us. Nobody else receives it unless the law requires or allows that.
Health details. Please do not put health information in the form. Tell the teacher directly if anything affects how you move.
Overseas. The website and the requests sent through it are stored on servers in the United States (DigitalOcean) and travel through Cloudflare's network. Email is sent through Brevo, which stores data in the European Union.
