These terms apply to your use of yogabowl.com.au ("the site"), operated by Uplinkd Group Pty Ltd (ABN 50 660 968 123) as Yoga Bowl.
What the site is
Yoga Bowl is an independent referral service. We are not a yoga studio and we do not teach, run classes or take bookings. When you send a request we pass it, with your agreement, to a local yoga studio who contacts you directly.
The studio you are referred to
Any booking, payment and class is between you and that studio. We do not employ its teachers, supervise its classes or guarantee them, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with it. Before you book, ask about the teacher's training and the studio's insurance, read the terms of any pass or membership and tell the teacher about anything that affects how you move.
Information on the site
Guides and other information on the site are general information about classes and local rules, as at the date shown. They are not health or medical advice. If you have a health condition, an injury or are pregnant, talk to your doctor before you start yoga.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the classes, conduct or fees of a studio you are referred to.
